Nex Hotel & Spa Istanbul

The hotel is so clean the staff are so friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies are so nice and nothing went missing from the room I felt like the area is safe. the design of the hotel is beautiful the location is good too but it is on a hill so if you have a baby’s stroller you’ll know the struggle but overall it’s so good for the price

I had an incredible stay at NEX Hotel in Istanbul, and I want to highlight two outstanding individuals who made my experience truly special. First, Mahmoud at the front desk was exceptional. He greeted me with warmth and professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel right at home, and his recommendations for local spots were spot on. Secondly, I had the pleasure of experiencing a spa treatment with Sony, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her expertise, combined with a calm and soothing demeanor, made the experience unforgettable. She made sure I felt relaxed and pampered, and I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Both Mahmoud and Sony are true assets to the hotel, and their outstanding service really made my stay memorable. I highly recommend NEX Hotel for its excellent service, wonderful staff, and top-notch hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so remarkable!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish! All the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. The facilities were spotless and felt brand new. We didn’t realize the spa required booking in advance, but the spa manager kindly accommodated us, and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was really good. We booked the hotel for 3 nights initially but found the stay comfortable so extended it up to 7 nights. Location is excellent as it is very near to metro. Staff is very humble, polite and accommodating. They made sure we had an amazing stay. Hotel is very clean. We also took their spa services which were top notch. Spa services had brilliant hygiene facilities, though we tried to find spa outside but really glad to book it from hotel. We will surely come to stay here again whenever visiting Istanbul.

I liked the location it’s really really good, very close to osman bay metro and bus stop. New furniture, comfy bed, well designed room even though mine was small but was very convenient and well put. Bathroom size was really good, bathroom was very clean. I was welcomed by the Egyptian guy and he was so polite but then the Turkish reception person who took my information to check me in was very rude and inconsiderate, but that won’t affect my option about the hotel, other personnel were good and friendly. My room view was decent, I couldn’t open my eye to see the beautiful blue sky.
